BMW E9x 3.0 Diesel EVO1 Performance Intercooler Kit

BMW E9x 3.0 Diesel EVO1 Performance Intercooler Kit This Performance Intercooler has the following core size (520mm x 200mm x 150mm / stepped = 13.000 cm³ ), providing a 50% larger frontal area and 70% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. High Performance Intercooler Core with turbulators in a stepped design (weight: 9,2kg). Constructed of the highest quality Bar and Plate intercooler cores combined with cast aluminium optimised by CAD. Flow analysis and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. Anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock pipework. No cutting or bumper removal required. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control. The Performance Intercooler Kit from WAGNERTUNING fits to: BMW 325d E90/91/92/93 (2005-2013) BMW 330d E90/91/92/93 (2005-2013) BMW 335d E90/91/92/93 (2005-2013) packing list: 1 charge air cooler 1 mounting hardware 1 installation instructions SKU: 200001029 For more information and performance data on BMW E9x 3.0 Diesel EVO1 Performance Intercooler Kit please go to https://www.wagner-tuning.uk/200001085.html For information on our some of our services please go to http://www.tdi-plc.com
